At Well, our group of masters level clinicians focus on delivering quality mental health care inclusive of your mental and physical health. We are going to ask about sleep, exercise, social connections, and self care. We use therapy as a powerful tool that can help you feel better and move through the world differently. Our clinicians can not wait to help you on your journey to a life “well” lived.
The Well approach
It’s essential for us to find you the right therapist. We will work with you until we get it right. What does getting it right feel like? The right therapist will help you feel heard, seen, and safe. Trust is crucial.
Rather than do things the typical way, we’ve created a responsive system designed to meet your needs. Our relationship will start with a free 20 minute consult. We want you to work well and live well.
Our rates
Talk therapy
Online or in-person via walk and talks, talk therapy is designed for individuals to process and explore their thoughts, feelings, and build resiliency. The intake session is 70 minutes . Regular sessions are weekly or bi-weekly.

Our services are self-pay, which means we are not “in network” with any insurance companies. This structure allows you to pay privately and provides you with more control and flexibility in your therapy journey. We do accept HSA and FSA cards and can provide a Superbill for insurance purposes.
Coaching session
Coaching sessions will help you achieve your personal and professional goals. Learn what motivates you to perform at an optimal level and keep burnout at bay. Learn how your motivations and strengths impact work, relationships with colleagues, employees and supervisors. We use a variety of tools to help you succeed.
