It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices. Get the basics in this 45 minute workshop complete with a wellness assessment for personal use.

Self Care 101
What is self-care?
Self-care includes everything related to staying emotionally and physically healthy — including exercise, nutrition, sleep and seeking medical care when needed. It’s all the steps we can take to manage stressors in our lives and take care of our own health and well-being. This 90 minutes session teaches the basics. After the interactive content is complete, participants will create their own self-care plan.

Tackling Burnout and Building Resilience
Although burnout is not a medical diagnosis, it can impact your physical and mental health. Burnout can lead to hypertension, sleep disturbances, depression and substance abuse. That’s why it is critical to have a good self care plan and boundaries. This workshop will help participants identify burnout and build tools to become more resilient.

We want you to recognize your needs and make them a part of your schedule. Meaning making your needs explicit AND putting your commitments to yourself on your schedule!
