Mental Wellness a transformative journey

2024 taught me something powerful: in leadership and mental health, vulnerability isn't weakness—it's our greatest strategic advantage.

2024 was about breaking down barriers—both in my clinical practice at Well Atlanta and my leadership role with the Alpha Omicron Pi Foundation. When high-achieving professionals walk into my practice, they're not just seeking therapy. They're seeking permission to be human in spaces that often demand superhuman performance.

At Well Atlanta, we're rewriting the script on mental health for leaders. Our approach? Stop treating mental wellness as a performance metric and start seeing it as a transformative journey. This year, we supported executives, entrepreneurs, and change-makers in navigating complex emotional landscapes—proving that true leadership starts with radical self-understanding.

Key milestones this year:
- Renewed my NBCC certification until 2029
- Launched specialized mental health programs for high-achieving professionals
- Appointed Nominating Committee Chair for Alpha Omicron Pi Foundation
- Expanded mental health advocacy through targeted speaking engagements

2025 is about deepening our impact. We're not just providing therapy; we're building a movement that recognizes mental health as a critical leadership skill. For every executive battling burnout, every entrepreneur wrestling with imposter syndrome, every leader feeling isolated—we're creating spaces of genuine connection and growth.

To my clients, colleagues, and community: thank you for trusting me to walk alongside you in your most vulnerable moments. Your courage fuels our collective transformation.
